Week 8

This week I strayed from the short stories and read an article by Kristina Rodulfo about why ponytails cause headaches. Rodulfo spoke with a neurological doctor and used the education E to inform the reader about headaches and how one might be caused by a tight ponytail or bun. She uses the doctor's words to explain that the nerves on or around the head are what cause headaches and when ladies are straining those nerves with their hair being pulled by a ponytail, it results in a headache. Kristine Rodulfo included extensive details about how the brains pain receptors use the senses and allow the nerves to notify the brain when they're straining. Who knows, maybe this article will save me from a headache one day.
