Week 13

This week I read an article on Cosmopolitan.com about a teacher that yanks the mic away from a six year-old autistic boy at a Thanksgiving play. Laura Beck does a great job of tugging on the audience's heart strings. She tells the story, as well as shares a video, of what happened at this school's Thanksgiving play and how it affected the boys mother, as well as the rest of the people who have watched this viral video. Beck uses the emotional E to touch the reader as no one likes to see an innocent boy being picked on.
